MEP BIM Coordinator for Healthcare Facility

We're looking for an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing modeling for a new 3-story outpatient healthcare facility (approx. 60,000 sq. ft.). The role involves developing and coordinating MEP systems in Revit, running clash detection against architectural and structural models, and resolving conflicts before construction documentation. Deliverables include coordinated Revit models, clash reports, and final construction-ready drawing sets. Experience with healthcare or lab facilities is a strong plus due to strict code and infection-control requirements.

- 4+ years of experience in MEP BIM coordination

Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems design
Experience coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and trade contractors
Familiarity with healthcare facility codes (e.g., FGI Guidelines) preferred
Excellent communication skills for weekly coordination meetings
Ability to manage multiple clash detection rounds and document resolutions`

This project involves close collaboration with the general contractor and trade subcontractors during the design-assist phase. Weekly coordination meetings (virtual) required. Preference given to candidates with prior healthcare project experience.
